Get to know me!

Hey, I’m Heather! I’m an indie author living in Virginia, inspired by the ghosts that roam my town (and occasionally visit me). When I was a kid, I fell in love with storytelling. I wrote my first full-length novel in high school (a lifetime ago) and haven't stopped since!

As a millennial cosplaying as Gen Z, I have never outgrown Young Adult fiction. I still read it, write it, and as a lover of all things paranormal and terrifying, I am absolutely elated that YA Horror has grown as a genre and become more of a “thing” with legs.

I particularly love spooky stories and real-world horror, and that reflects in my writing. When I write, I let the fears and worries flow from my mind, through my body, and out my fingers onto the page.
